Letters. If you sign up, we keep your email and the countries you chose, to send you the letters. The basis is your consent, confirmed by one email you click. You can leave with one click in any letter; we then delete your email within 30 days and keep only a record that you had agreed and when.
Corrections form. Your email is optional and used only to reply. We delete it when the report is closed, and at the latest after 12 months.
Who processes it for us. The letters are sent for us by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), on servers in the European Union. Where data leaves the European Union, it is protected by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
No tracking. This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools. Its fonts are served from this site itself, not from a third party.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to object, or to withdraw consent at any time, by writing to hello@griglien.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
