Privacy notice
Who is responsible. The publisher named above. Write to hello@griglien.com about anything on this page.
Letters. If you sign up, I keep your email and the countries you chose, to send you the letters. The basis is your consent, confirmed by one email you click. You can leave with one click in any letter; I then delete your email within 30 days and keep only a record that you had agreed and when.
Corrections form. Your email is optional and used only to reply. I delete it when the report is closed, and at the latest after 12 months.
Buying here. Link is the seller of record and handles the payment under its own privacy notice; your card details never reach me. I receive your email to send the files and new editions of that book; your email is printed inside your copy. I keep this for as long as tax law requires.
Who processes it for me. The letters are sent for me by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), on servers in the European Union. Where data leaves the European Union, it is protected by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
No tracking. This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools. Its fonts are served from this site itself, not from a third party.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to object, or to withdraw consent at any time, by writing to hello@griglien.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
Terms of sale
Who sells to you. Link, the checkout service run by Stripe (Stripe Payments Company or Stripe Technology Europe, Limited), as the seller of record. It takes the payment, handles the tax and sends your receipt. The books are written and the files are supplied by Grig Lien.
What you buy. One book as EPUB and PDF, the seller-questions checklist as a file you can fill in, and every new edition of that book — for your personal use.
Price. $9.99, €9.99 or £8.99 for each edition, the same as on Amazon, taxes included. You choose the currency at checkout, and elsewhere in the world the checkout may show the same price converted into your own currency. Nothing is added on top.
Delivery. The files download straight away and are also sent to your email.
Your 14-day right to cancel. Before the download starts, the checkout asks you to agree that it starts now and that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once it starts. You get a confirmation by email. If a file is faulty, write to me and I will fix it, or Link support will refund you.
New editions. Sent free to the email you bought with.
Complaints. Write to hello@griglien.com. You can also use the complaints book (Livro de Reclamações) online.
